Justin Bleep
I am 31 years old. I am a citizen of the United States and live and work in Billund, Denmark. From eight in the morning until four in the evening I design children’s toys for the LEGO Group. I have no formal training and seven years experience as a free-lance illustrator. Bleep is a pen name first acquired when promoting myself as a DJ in the US Rave scene. The moniker is taken from the computer sounds of the techno music which I had played during those years. In my evenings and during my weekends I read and write. I took on philosophy as a hobby during the summer of 2008.
Regarding the content of this site, I can only hope that no one is too alarmed by my provocative approach. In the construction of a composition, an author has at disposal an enumerable quantity of words. To multiply this number by itself, we reach unimaginable arrangements. We feel a great maturity in those whose arguments engage their audience appropriately, and with the most useful style. I am well aware that when one is too fanciful, one’s honesty is called into question. And when taking oneself too seriously, one only begs for suspicion. However, I have accepted these conditions as a possible consequence of my approach. The alternative, I fear, would cause the loss of careful consideration. I can only hope that if these extremes are read into the work, they are not assumed as signs of the author’s bad judgment.
